She was predeceased by: her mother Idemia Barrett Arnold; her sister Henrietta Bishop; and her stepson Paul Douthat. She is survived by: her husband Billy K. Douthat; her children, Tammy Harris (Drew), Theresa Breedlove (Gary) and Todd Harrell (Sarai); her stepdaughter Paula Douthat; her grandchildren, Robbie Linkous (Amy), Josh Linkous (Natalie), Amanda Dishner (Jon), Lindsey Stinnett, Dustin Breedlove (Whitney), Zac Breedlove (Julia), Joe Breedlove (Hillarey), Ben Breedlove (Lauren) and Chandler Arnold; her stepgrandchildren, Tracey Bowens, Richard Johnson and Tara Douthat Ortman; and her sisters, Wanda Tate (Carlos) and Opal Munsey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
