She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Kerley and Mavis Kerley. She is survived by: her husband John Cieplowski; her children, Richard Kerley, Amberlynn Cieplowski and Elizabeth Margaret Cieplowski; her stepdaughters, Jamie Nicole Hoffman and Mary Jo Cieplowski; her brother Samuel Kerley (Anna); her nieces, Hannah Kerley, Jasmine Arteaga and Victoria Hernandez; her nephew Hunter Kerley; her sister Mellissa Carabeles (Edgar); her great-niece Olivia Carabeles; and her sisters-in-law, Ginger Cieplowski (Tracy) and Barbara Burtosik (Hank). She is also survived by four grandchildren.
