He is survived by: his children, Deborah Lawley (Gary), Roger Helton (Doris) and Doug Helton; his grandsons, Jeff Smith (Kayla), Chris and Ezra Helton; his stepgrandchildren, Conner, Ronnie and Devin; his great grandchild Levi Smith; and his siblings, Leona Lawson, Tempie Hurd, Linda Lawson, Dee Rogers, Charles and Sam Helton.
