He is survived by: his mother Linda Slaven; his children, Zachary Kane Slaven, Trenton Isaiaah Slaven, Cameron Gage Slaven and Jadyn Aaliyah Slaven; his brothers, Billy Slaven (Sissy) and Richie Slaven (Denise); his nieces, Courtney Slaven (Noah Roberts), Felicity Slaven, Taylor Slaven and Ashlynn Slaven; his nephew Conner Slaven; and his brother Roger Eddington.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Evans Mortuary Chapel (805 N Gateway Ave, Rockwood, TN 37854). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evans Mortuary (805 N Gateway Ave, Rockwood, TN 37854).
