He is survived by: his siblings, Carlos Starr (Ruth), Hank Starr and Billie Sue Hall; and his children, Christina Mesko (Rico), Joey Starr (Christina), Katherine Carpenter (Tom) and Janet Carpenter (Scott). He is also survived by 11 Grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 5 great granddaughters.
