She is survived by: her husband Albert Cook of Rockwood, TN.; her daughters, Lorie Acres (Kevin), Stephanie Szymanski (Eddie) and Jennifer Cook of Rockwood, TN.; her siblings, Earl Johnson of Rockwood, TN, Paulette Dolbow of Sunrise, MD and Rebecca Burchett (Terry) of Rogersville, TN.; and her grandchildren, Ashley Reed (Brian) of Rockwood, TN, Ryan Acres and Joshua Acres of Oneida, TN. She is also survived by 4 Great Grandchildren And many other relatives and friends.
