We bid farewell to Roger W Sharp (Rockwood, Tennessee), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 3, 2025 at the age of 71. Roger touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Sharp and Elizabeth Martin Sharp; and his brother R. T. Sharp. He is survived by: his wife Mary Maples Sharp; his son Charles Sharp (Chuck); his grandchildren, Courtney Sharp and Tyler Sharp; his great grandchild Miles Griffin; and his siblings, Ron Sharp, Kenny Sharp (Robin) and Donna Sharp. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evans Mortuary (805 N Gateway Ave, Rockwood, TN 37854). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodhaven Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens (160 Edgemoor Rd, Powell, TN 37849).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
