He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Hamby (Ulys) and Louis Stricklan; his son Ricky Stricklan; his siblings, Edith Eaton, Margaret Edmonds and Arnold Stricklan; his stepsiblings, Eddie Stricklan, Chucky Stricklan, Danny Newby, Robert Newby and Bonnie Lyke; his stepson Stanley Horton (Kelly Horton); and his niece Kristin McDaniels.
He is survived by: his former wife Donna Stricklan; his daughters, Tonya Harris (Dale), Wendy Hughes (John) and Cindy Cressler; his stepchildren, Trent Horton (Wendy) and Gayle Ellenburg (William); and his stepsiblings, Lynn Strickaln (Diane), Barbara McDaniel and Kathy Davinci.
