He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Chesser and Frances Chesser; and his grandparents, Robert and Luverna Wicks. He is survived by: his sister Robin Hackler of Rockwood, TN; his niece Sara Luring of Rockwood, TN; his nephew Shane Hackler of Rockwood, TN; and his Conservator Fred Coe of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
