He is survived by: his daughter Regina Russell Tipton of Rockwood, TN.; his granddaughters, Nicole, Brooke Tipton of Rockwood, TN., Aubrie Galloway of Kingston, TN., Keoni Galloway of Kingston, TN. and Kasen Galloway of Kingston, TN.; his brother Ray Russell (Jonnie) of Rockwood, TN.; and his sister-in-law Nellie Russell.
