She was predeceased by: her parents, John Francis Butler and Pauline Parkinson Butler; and her husband Delano Cochran. She is survived by: her children, Barry (Tonya) of Dayton, Stephen (Kellie) of Coalfield and Rachel Kilby (Tommy) of Oakdale; her grandchildren, Lauren Huskey (Daniel), Chase Cochran (Gracey), Zachary Cochran (Katie), Daniel Cochran, Tyler Harris (Courtney), Noah Harris (Beth), Wilson Cochran and Corey Kilby; and her stepgrandson Michael Hargrove. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
Peggy was preceded in death by her father, John Francis Butler, and her mother Pauline Parkinson Butler.
