He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan Noel White; his parents, Clontz Yancy White and Mary Magdalene Stout White; and his siblings, Louise, Freda, Mary, Jay and Danny.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou White of Rockwood; his children, Charles W. White of Rockwood, Debbie Justice (Tracey) of Oliver Springs and Denise Saunders (Mark) of Friendsville; his grandchildren, Jackson Saunders and Tristian Vann; and his sister Becky Rucker (John) of Rockwood Several. He is also survived by Several extended family members and a host of friends.
