She was predeceased by: her parent Franklin Howard Hughes; and her brother Terry Hughes. She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Dawn Hughes of East Bank, WV.
Cremation arrangements have been made and the family asks in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Evans Mortuary for the cremation.
