It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Scott Albertson of Rockwood, Tennessee, who passed away on July 4, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Suella Howard Newvine; his grandparents, Sewell, Betty Howard, Verda and Marie Albertson; and his aunts and uncles, Judy Kerley, Joe Kerley, Larry Elsea, Linda Crabtree (Jerry), Pat McNabb (James) and Linda Elsea.
He is survived by: his wife Heather Albertson; his children, Raelynn Albertson and James Albertson; his stepchildren, Cody, Skyler and Katy Dugger; his father James Mike Albertson (Carolyn Oaks); his sister Liz Albertson (B. J. Alumbaugh); and his cousin Tobi Melton (Brad).
In Lieu of flowers the family wish memorials be made to First Christian Church Disciples of Christ.
