She is survived by: her husband Othen Tuttle; her children, Loretta Norris (Jamie), Keith Tuttle (Tammy) and Matthew Tuttle; her grandchildren, Rebecca Tuttle Randy Tuttle, Tony Tuttle, Bobby Shelton, Steven Smallwood, Elizabeth Smallwood, Brandon Smallwood, Ellen Tuttle and Jacob Norris; and her siblings, Jackie Pelfrey (Linda), Marvin Pelfrey (Phyllis), Melvin Pelfrey, Luckie Pelfrey (Rebecca), Alice Bryant, Elsie Tuttle, Agnes Tuttle (Dewey), Barbara Tuttle and Ruth Tuttle (Elvert). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
