She was predeceased by: her husband James L. Carter; her parents, John Arp, Jr. and Lucille Arp; and her brother Jack Arp. She is survived by: her siblings, Don B. Arp (Kathleen) of Kingston and Patricia A. Jewell of Kingston. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
