With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kelly Ann Powell of Rockwood, Tennessee, born in Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2025 at the age of 60. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Powell and Florence Powell; her brother Gary Powell; and her significant other Dycus. She is survived by: her brothers, Donald Powell, Rickey Powell (Sharon) and Tracy Powell; her nephew Rickey "Fro" Powell; her nieces, Bailey Powell, Ashley Powell and Michelle Powel; and her close friend Jamie Powell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
