She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank McKinney and Willie Lee Cook McKinney; her granddaughter Bree; her foster son Isiah; and her close friend Helen Schubert.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Chandler of Rockwood, TN.; her daughters, Casey Lee Chandler (Lee Nance) of Knoxville, TN, Pamela Bolden (Seth) of Harriman, TN and Lori Ivens of Blount County, TN.; and her grandchildren, Chloe, Audrey, Scarlett, Serenity, Ryleigh and Erika. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
