He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Meadows and Anna Meadows; his siblings, Guy Meadows of Don Meadows, G. E, Bobby Meadows, J. Lee Meadows, Leona Jackson, Eula McGee and Doris Dripps; and his grandson Derrick Patterson.
He is survived by: his wife Sunny; his children, Cathy Gibson (James Gibson) and Scott Meadows (Patty Meadows); his grandchildren, Lindsey Isham (JR Isham), Tyler Griffin (Cara Griffin), Megan Yagnich, Drew Meadows (Kasey Meadows), Rachel Fulmer, Alec Meadows (McKenzie Hammond) and Raymond Meadows; his great grandchildren, Griffin Isham, Caylor Yagnich, Carter Isham, Ella Yagnich, Hadley Yagnich, Lexi Isham, Max Griffin, Finley Yagnich, Cam Griffin, Nora Meadows, Riley Steele, Evan Meadows and Baker Meadows; and his sister Mary Jo Cunningham.
Memorial contributions to be made to Rockwood United Methodist Church and First Baptist Pigeon Forge in Jerry's honor.
