She is survived by: her husband Frank Collins; her children, Lori Collins Houck (Gary) of Rocky Top, TN. and Sam Collins (Ann) of Rockwood, TN.; her grandchildren, David Collins (Lyndsay), Misti Houck (Matthew David) and Shaunda Morris (Ryan); and her sister Elizabeth Boles.
