With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gracie J. Ferguson (Rockwood, Tennessee), born in Whitley City, Kentucky, who passed away on December 10, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Anthony Jones and Gertie Hill Jones; and her siblings, Carl Jones, Clara Filyaw and Zora Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Ferguson; her daughter Sherry Ferguson Cofer (Glen H.) of Rockwood, TN.; her grandchildren, Summer Marie Cofer (Scott Bannon) of Oliver Springs, TN and Matthew Charles Cofer (Jessica) of Ft. Bragg, NC.; her great grandchildren, Liam Lloyd Cofer (Expected) and Kayden Hal Cofer; her brother George Jones (Glenna) of Kingston, TN.; and her nieces and nephews, Mike Filyaw (Britt) of Harriman, TN, Buffy Mee (Kenyon) of Harriman, TN, Melissa Harvey (Mike) of Knoxville, TN and Darren Jones of Rockwood, TN.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
