He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalmas W. Andrews and Ruby May Foust Andrews; his brothers, Jay Andrews, Clifford Andrews, Ulyess Andrews, Dennis Andrews, Ernest Andrews, George Andrews and Roy Andrews; and his sisters-in-law, Georgie Andrews and Mary Andrews.
He is survived by: his siblings, Helen (James Qualls), Dorothy Carroll and Kenneth Andrews; his sisters-in-law, Nadine Andrews, Ruby Andrews and Rena Andrews; his nephew Ray Andrews; and his caregiver Sheila.
