She is survived by: her children, Misty Kirkpatrick, James "Jim" Levi Kirkpatrick IV (Chrissy) and William Brent Kirkpatrick; her grandchildren, Nevin Kirkpatrick (Crystal), Navy, Trevin Kirkpatrick (Emmy), Marquis Gallaher and Makenzie "Ladybug" Kirkpatrick; her great grandchildren, Rylan Kirkpatrick and Zariah Kirkpatrick; and her nieces, Daphne, Jennifer and Ginger.
