She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Pack and Nellie Pack of Evarts; and her sons, Terry Smith and Larry Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Jonelle; her son-in-law Larry Blankenship of Rockwood, TN.; and her grandchildren, Kim, Les Wasserman of Georgia, April, Scott Shepherd of Kingston, TN, Rev. Benjamin, Victoria Blankenship of Kingston, TN, Brandon Smith, Sean Smith of Toledo and Amy Crowe of Rockwood, TN. She is also survived by 8 Great-grandchildren And several great-great-grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
