He is survived by: his children, James Powell (Cassie Slone) of London, David Sizemore (Cindy) of Oakdale, Tina Pitman of London, Jolita Arney (David) of Harriman and Karen Mullins of Oakdale; his siblings, Aubrey Powell (Joan) of London, Perry Powell of London, Bruce Powell (Eva) of London, Lena Virden (Melvin) of London, Wanda Goforth of London, Phyllis Davidson of Cincinnati and Betty Sue Eversole (Ernie Anderson) of East Bernstadt; and his close friend Elizabeth Rayder. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; 22 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson.
