With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Earl C. Davidson of Rockwood, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 26, 2024 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Earl C. Davidson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Molly; his son Tim; his parents, James Davidson and Armelda Davidson; and his siblings, Kolmer, Kenneth, Harley, Jerry, Jimmy, Billy and Georgia.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Davidson (Patty) of Lenoir City, TN. and Marie Lakin (Brian) of Knoxville, TN.; his daughter-in-law Vickie Davidson of Rockwood, TN.; his grandchildren, Heath (Bridgett), Heather Davidson, Ben (Molly), Dane Lakin (Beth), Brandy, Jeremy Davidson and Kristy Wiggins (David); and his great grandchildren, Braden, Rylan, Hayley, Bub, Jack, Josie, Knox, Cierra, Dylan, Noah, Caleb and Anna.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Evans Mortuary (805 N Gateway Ave, Rockwood, TN 37854). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Glen Alice Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Earl's request is that you give to St. Jude's Research Hospital or East Tennessee Children's Hospital.
