It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Marie Brown of Rockwood, Tennessee, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Otis Hughes; her siblings, Jackie Broglin, Rocky Broglin and Doodlebug; and her father-in-law Hershel Lee Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Brown; her mother Sue Hughes; her children, Sky Foster, Layla Bean (Mike Fox), Keena Foster, Hayleigh Goad (Travis), Kayleigh Lowe (Justin Jenkins), Chris Lowe, Cody Brown (Rebecca), Derek Brown and Misty Gooch; her grandchildren, Amber Jones, Tiffany Foster, Anthony Foster, Araya Opal, Austin Bean, Payton Owsley, Crimson Foster, Uriah Omary, Raylan Hughes, Kynzleigh Hughes, Jaxyn Goad, Keatyn Goad, Wyatt Brown, Tyler Lowe and River Lowe; and her pet Zeus.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Evans Mortuary to help with funeral expenses.
