He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Futrell and Bernice Futrell; his daughter Joni Futrell Cook; and his nephew Eric Dinkins. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Sandy Futrell, Toby Newcome (Kandi) and Julie Stephens (Floyd); his grandchildren, Shane McCloud, Bo Newcome, Brett Newcome, Kori Newcome, Kelsy Stephens (James), Kaleb Stephens (Brittney), Mason Stephens and Timber Ellison; his great grandchild Karson Stephens; and his siblings, Danny Futrell (Anita) and Diane Futrell.
