He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Clower and Elsie Clower; and his brother Allan Clower. He is survived by: his wife Tina Clower of Rockwood, TN.; his grandchildren, Jaxson Lively, Jaydon Lively and Emma Hebert; and his sisters, Debra Millsapps (Alvin) of Niota, TN and Donna Simpliciano. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
