He was predeceased by: his siblings, Barbara Smith of Oliver Springs and Gene Lee of Oliver Springs. He is survived by: his siblings, Geraldine Pewitt of Centerville, TN and W. Lee of Lafollette, TN; his sister-in-law Mattie Lou Lee of Oliver Springs, TN; his daughters, Karen Cooper of Rockwood and Kathryn Adams of California; his son-in-law Troy Cooper; his grandsons, Christian, Philden, Nathan and Jason Cooper; his great grandchild JulianCooper; his friends, David and Pat Clifton; and his close friends, Luther Skidmore, Roland "Spider" Ingram, Sabrina and Tony Bowen.
In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to honor Charles by treating all people as he tried to do, with tolerance, understanding & kindness, and by supporting community churches and charitable organizations whenever possible.
