She is survived by: her husband Andy Hamby of Rockwood, TN.; her children, Zach Hamby of Rockwood, TN and Kyle Hamby (Trista) of Rockwood, TN.; her grandchildren, Kielyn Hamby, Olivia Hamby and Sadie Hamby; her brother Jeff Allen (Kim) of Rockwood, TN.; her niece Brittany Galyon (Chad) of Rockwood, TN.; her nephew D. J. Allen (Stephanie) of Rockwood, TN.; her great-nieces and great-nephews, DJ, Alika, Lehua and Kaiden; her sister Kathy Moon (Lonnie) of Rockwood, TN; her nieces and nephews, Carrie Newton and Kelly Vance; her great-nephew Zane Capps; and her close friend Debbie Holloway.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Patricia Neal Rehab Center at Ft. Sanders in Knoxville, TN, or the Asbury United Methodist Church in Rockwood, TN.
