She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Dick" Woltman; her parents, Ralph McNeely and Mary McNeely; and her siblings, Myrtle Tudor and Jim McNeely.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Woltman (Jobie), Cynthia "Cindy" Cox (Dave) and Stephen Woltman; her grandchildren, Taylor Woltman (Cassandra), Niclas Woltman, Shelby Pratt, Mikayla Woltman, Barbara Woltman, Richard Woltman and Marilee Woltman; and her sister Frances (Bob Whightsil). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
