He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Eugene Smith and Ethel Ruth Bellenfant Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith of Rockvale, TN; his children, Ronald E. Smith, II (Quana) of Shelbyville, TN and Ronda Smith McGeorge (Jimmy) of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandsons, Luke Dickson, Elijah Smith and Bentley Smith; and his brothers, Kenneth Smith (Linda) of Bell Buckle, TN and Tim Smith of Rockvale, TN. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
