She is survived by: her husband Dan Perkey of Rockvale, TN; her daughter Angie Adams (Jeffrey); her stepchildren, Lisa Czajkowski (Jerry) and Jim Perkey (Renay); her grandchildren, Annabelle, Dylan Adams, Olivia, Laney, Jacey Czajkowski, Eric, Alec and Cullen Perkey; and her siblings, Laura Wilcox, Amber Fabbri (Joe), Russ Bonsall (Denise), Robert Bonsall (Lori), Ron Bonsall (Sue) and Kurt Bonsall.
