He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Nathaniel Puckett and Lois Lewis Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Puckett of Rockvale, TN; his children, Janice Lewis (Glenn) of Murfreesboro, TN, Rebecca Snow (Dennis) of Murfreesboro, TN, Cassie Davenport (Michael) of Chapel Hill, TN, Kathy Reeves of Murfreesboro, TN and Gerald Puckett (Regina) of Christiana, TN; and his sisters, Dottie Newman of Dover and Ruth Hunt of Jonesboro. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
