With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Orville Atwood of Rockvale, Tennessee, born in Groton, Connecticut, who passed away on June 23, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Rex Eugene Atwood and Stacy Holba (Daniel Holba); and his brother Rex Atwood, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Kay Atwood; his daughter Sabrina Suldan (Chad); his grandchildren, Alissa Reyna and Micah Suldan; and his sisters, Diane McCallister (Danny), Terry Wilkinson (Brad), Elaine Kelly (Mike) and Staci Anderson (Mike).

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Woodfin Memorial Chapel (1488 Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
