He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis and Louise Johnson Lewis; and his wife Geneva Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Michael Lewis of Rockvale, Brenda Lewis of Mirimar Beach and Barbara Kemper of Christiana, TN.; his siblings, Faye Pearcy (Buddy) and Doyle Lewis (Faye); his grandchildren, LaCasha Lewis Rittenberry (Jay), Jeff Kemper (Cindy) and John Kemper; and his stepchildren, Ray Frost (Jan), Carolyn Gannon (Ralph) and Peggy Pinkston (Eugene). He is also survived by 6 great granddaughters, 1 great grandson, 1 great great-granddaughter.
