He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin Jewell Culver and Sylvia Maude LaBounty; and his children, Jamie Culver and Stormy Lee. He is survived by: his wife Pat Culver of Rockvale, TN; and his children, Terry Lynn Greer (Don) of Rockvale, TN, Corrie Marie Driver of Madison, WI, Jeffrey Roy Henderson (Katie) of Rockvale, TN and Stephen Wayne Henderson (Jeanette) of Murfreesboro, TN. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
