He was predeceased by: his grandmother Vernell Boyd. He is survived by: his father Glenn Tollett; his sister Glenda Tollett; his wife Daphne Tollett; his children, Candace Coggins (Jesse), Ashlee Tollett, Autumn Proctor (Mark), Blake Obertlik (Gabe) and Kamryn Tollett; his grandchildren, Lincoln Proctor, Salem Proctor and Calin Coggins; his cousins, Jason, Tracy and Evelyn Poole; and his uncle Michael Hackney. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
