He is survived by: his wife Floralene Smith; his daughters, Flora Lynn Smith and Teresa Ann Schmidt (John); his grandsons, Richard Hildon Douglas (Amy) and Clarence Leland Douglas; and his great grandchildren, Abby Leigh Douglas, Ashtyn Lyn Douglas, Anyston L. Douglas and Lorelei Henkel.
