It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Spiva (Rockford, Tennessee), who passed away on March 4, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wives, Edna Magness Spiva and Dorothy McMillian Spiva; his parents, Lonnie Spiva and Maggie Spiva; and his siblings, James D. Spiva, Robert Spiva, Charles Spiva, Agnes Gribble and Edna Boling.
He is survived by: his daughter Ruby Leigh; his son-in-law Paul Leigh; his son Thomas Spiva; his daughter-in-law Delores Spiva; his son Mark Spiva; his sisters, Nina Chapman, Charlotte Williamson and Helen Bullen; his grandchildren, Eddie Leigh, Kimberly Schettler, Gus, Heather Hyden, Joe, Christopher Spiva, Lindsay Claxton, Jeff, Toni Spiva and Chris Booth; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Avery, Lydia, Wesley and Levi; his great great grandchildren, Kate, Anna and Luke; and his siblings-in-law, Delores Spiva, Josephine Simerly, Edith Magness and Gene Garner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
