She was predeceased by: her daughter Bridget Leeann Boling; her mother Pam Young; and her son Dustin Walker. She is survived by: her husband Jeffery Dale Boling; her son Christopher Boling; her stepdaughter Brittany Boling; her father Jeroby Locklear of Moorehead City, NC; and her friend East of Tennessee.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that. Memorial Donations be sent in "Lisa Boling's and/or Bridget Boling's" name to the American Diabetes Association.
