He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Tubbs; and his stepfather James Taylor, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Taylor; his son Moody Ricky Allen Tubbs, Jr.; his stepson Chance Lawson; his close friend Lisa McGuire; his siblings, Micheal Tubbs (Hope) of Dallas, TX, Pat Cole (Ronald) of Smartt Station, James Taylor, III (Gericia) of Rock Island, Hollie Tubbs, Tammy Tubbs, John Tubbs and Shaun Tubbs; his granddaughter Irie Tubbs; his aunts and uncles, Billy Tubbs (Karen), Walter Tubbs (Joyce), William Tubbs, Charlie Lusk (Georgia), Harold Lusk (Louise), Curtis Lusk (Rhonda), Jerry Lusk, JoAnn William (Larry), Annette Evans, Connie Leftwich (Glenn), Shirley Rutland (Damien) and Wanda Tubbs; and his nieces and nephews, Erica Harris (Samuel), Ashley Whitson (Keith), Shelbie Tubbs, Trace Taylor and Tyler Taylor. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the High's Chapel (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the High Funeral Home (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110).
