With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Lynn Gribble of Rock Island, Tennessee, who passed away on October 29, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Phillip Lynn may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his mother Myra Grissom Gribble; and his brothers, Joe Gribble and David Gribble. He is survived by: his wife June Barnes Gribble of Rock Island, TN; his daughter Phyllis June Kamacho of Goodlettsville, TN; his grandchildren, Zacharey and Jonothan Kamacho; and his nephew Mike Gribble of Old Hickory, TN.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the High Funeral Home (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
