He was predeceased by: his parents, Finley Swack and Lucy Swoape Swack; his brother Gary Swack; his sister-in-law Sandra Pearsall; and his significant other Faye Pearsall Swack.
He is survived by: his children, Phil Swack, Jr. (Elaine) and Kim Swack; and his siblings-in-law, Trent Pearsall, Cendy Miller, Barbara Pearsall, Michelle Lopez (Andres) and Tara Pearsall Wright.
