He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fredericks and Bernadine Marchand Janssen; and his sister Dolly Newhouse. He is survived by: his wife Jana Cook Fredericks; his children, Mario Pezzimenti (Danielle Max Fredericks), Danae Bouldin (JC) and Lily Fredericks (Brady Evans); his grandchildren, Hunter, Stormie, Blaze, Jax, Dash and Wylder; and his siblings, Suette Kelch, Charles Fredericks, Dennis Fredericks and Robert Fredericks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
