She was predeceased by: her parents, Leburn Bullard and Ira Phillips Bullard; her siblings, Ann Rigsby Cantrell, Riley Bullard, Tim Bullard and Dale Bullard; and her stepdaughter Kelly Pleasant.
She is survived by: her husband William "Buster" Pleasant of Rock Island; her sons, Nathan Hale (Holly) of Alexandria and Bryan Hale of Rock Island; her stepchildren, Steve Pleasant, Michael Pleasant (Alice), Randall Pleasant, Brandy Pinegar and Vanessa Pinegar; her grandchildren, Trevor Hale and Destiny Hale; her sister Marie Bain (James) of Smithville; and her niece Kim Patterson of Smithville. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel (863 S Congress Blvd, Smithville, TN 37166). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at the Bethlehem Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel, to help with funeral expenses, in memory of Pam.
