He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Bouldin and Lola Ann Lee Bouldin; and his siblings, Edward, Howard Lee, Gary Wayne Bouldin, Jody Crick, Laura Rush Williams, Charity Rutledge and Christy Boles.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Bouldin (Michael Davis), Charles Bouldin of Grand Prairie, TX and Douglas Bouldin of Arlington, TX; his siblings, Martha Wooley of Campaign, TN, Judy Martin of Rock Island, TN, Debbie Hayes of Wyoming and Michael; his sister-in-law Georgeanna Bouldin of McMinnville, TN; and his friend Gail Locke of Rock Island, TN.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
