He is survived by: his children, Jo Ann Kell and David Kell; his daughter-in-law Rose Kell; his sisters-in-law, Grace Kell of Rock Island, TN and Reda Kell of McMinnville; his nephew Tommy Kell of McMinnville; his nieces, Sonia Wilson of McMinnville, Judy Alexander, Chris Alexander of Nashville, TN, Melissa Campbell and Jeremy Campbell of Rock Island; and also Glenda Kell of McMinnville.
