She was predeceased by: her son Kenneth Wayne Shirley; and her brothers, Lloyd Locke, Wayne Locke and Bob Locke. She is survived by: her siblings, Eva Rigsby of Rock Island, TN, Mary Jo Smith of Manchester, TN and James Locke of McMinnville. She is also survived by five children and their spouses, Debora and Mark Evans of Lewisburg, TN, Mike and Carolyn Shirley of McMinnville, Phyllis Counts of Fayetteville, TN, Kim and Rodney Church of Lewisburg, TN and Candy Miller of Rock Island, TN; ten grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
